About the Role
Soma Intimates - 160 Walt Whitman Rd Space 1063A - Responsibilities: Drive for Results by meeting company sales goals and using sales techniques; Promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and deliver an omni-channel experience; Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain an efficient register experience; Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and achieve add-on goals including gift card sales; Assist with replenishment, floor sets, and visual directives; maintain boutique cleanliness and organization
