Soma Intimates - 2436 W Loop 340 Ste A 2 - Responsibilities: Drive for Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer.; Promotes MAPS principles and standards to provide a cohesive omni channel experience.; Ensures a fast and efficient register experience and stays current on payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, and security practices.; Reinforces buying decisions at the checkout and achieves add-on goals including gift card sales.; Supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
