Rack Room Shoes - - Responsibilities: Adhere to service standards and meet sales/work goals as directed by store management; Lead other team members by example in accuracy and completeness of work; Process all sales and POS transactions accurately and maintain control of cash and documentation; Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness; assist in shipping/receiving when needed; Develop product knowledge and assist in loss prevention awareness
