US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service and drive customer engagement in the firearms department; Maintain inventory control, receiving, and records for firearms and ammunition; Mentor and train firearms staff to meet best-practice standards; Support store operations including planograms, replenishment, backroom organization, and cash handling; Ensure compliance with ATF, FFL, DOD, Marine Corps, state, and local regulations
