Kirkland's - - Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer using Kirklands customer service model; Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and/or cleaning; Support in-store and online (ship to store) shopping experiences; Educate customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and merchandise to support building the basket; Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and the accuracy of inventory levels
