About the Role
Kirkland's - - Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers following Kirkland's customer service model; Assist with merchandising, selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and cleaning; Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to support building the basket; Maintain an efficient and organized salesfloor and stockroom; ensure merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy; Support and align with Kirkland's values and goals; may perform other duties as necessary
