About the Role
Five Below - 501 Southeast Washington Boulevard - Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.; Understand and meet customer needs: Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and offering recommendations.; Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.; Resolve customer concerns: Address customer issues and use product knowledge to offer alternative solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.; Communicate needs to management: Regularly inform management about merchandise restocking, service requirements, and any customer feedback in a timely manner.
