Sales Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our clients sales team and contribute to a positive customer experience. This role plays a key part in day-to-day sales operations, assisting with client inquiries, order processing, and administrative support.

Salary - $50,000-65,000
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Assistant:
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order inquiries
- Process sales orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and follow-up materials as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general customer communication
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic issues or escalate when necessary
Preferred Qualifications for the Sales Assistant:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
