About the Role
Firestone - 4401 North 1st Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist customers by assessing needs and recommending appropriate products and/or services; Perform entry-level vehicle services such as oil, tires, fluids; Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services; Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks; May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development
