24 Hour Fitness - 1903 Empire Avenue - Responsibilities: Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing members to appropriate resources; Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience for guests and members; Maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment; Supporting a strong onboarding experience for new members and connecting them to fitness offerings; Providing friendly greeting/check-in and attentive service to create a sense of belonging
