Carle Health - - Responsibilities: Assist interdisciplinary treatment team in patient assessments and the development of goal-directed treatment; Document interventions in a succinct and goal directed manner using DAR format; Provide group and individual therapies for all patients as assigned; Assist in the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu and ensure patient safety; Demonstrate Motivational Interviewing skills when working with patients
