Rn -registered Nurse

Marshfield Clinic – Archive is seeking a dedicated RN – Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within Marshfield Clinic Health System – Marshfield Children’s, a Wisconsin-based pediatric care provider in a large, integrated health system. In this role, you will provide compassionate, family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting a wide range of pediatric medical and surgical conditions. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition using sound clinical judgment. Working in close collaboration with pediatricians, specialists, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other allied health professionals, you will coordinate care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and ensure safe transitions between levels of care and to home. You will provide age-appropriate patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and home-care management, supporting families as active partners in care. You will maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation, follow evidence-based protocols and infection prevention standards, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of clinical outcomes and patient experience.
