About the Role
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, as well as possibly extending services to home health and hospice care settings based on patient needs. The position requires a patient-focused approach, aiming to deliver tailored healthcare plans and interventions based on individual patient assessments.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Assess and adjust patient care based on individual needs
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS/ACLS may be required
- Experience in inpatient rehab or acute care preferred
