About the Role
The Staff Pad is hiring Registered Nurses for a 60; high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)in Wausau, WI—perfect for nurses who want to 60; expand their skillset beyond med-surg and move toward critical care .
Pay: $36 – $51/hour (based on experience)
Work with a diverse patient population including 60; neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases , gaining hands-on experience with advanced interventions in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care for complex cases

- 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
Requirements
- RN license (WI or compact eligible)
- BLS required
