Discipline: RN ~ Shift: 12 hours ~ Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Direct Hire | Full-Time Unit: General Medical / Nephrology Schedule: All shifts available Start Date: ASAP New Graduates Welcome to Apply Hourly Range: $32.61 – $49.28 Sign-On Bonus: ~$15,000 with 1-year commitment (new grads and experienced RNs eligible) Relocation Assistance: Must meet relocation eligibility requirements and receive approval The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across the continuum. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Patient Care & Clinical Practice Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans Provides care in accordance with nursing standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines Collaboration & Care Coordination Works closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve care goals and quality outcomes Delegates tasks appropriately and functions as a key member of the care team Advocates for patients and families to ensure safe, effective care Educates patients and families on treatment plans and health needs Promotes a supportive, compassionate care environment Quality & Safety Participates in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives Follows infection prevention and safety protocols Maintains current knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory standards Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state Associate Degree in Nursing required New graduates accepted Prior RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Frequent standing, walking, and patient care activities Exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and clinical hazards Medical Solutions Direct Hire About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
