About the Role

HealthONE is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Coordinator to support high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN Clinical Coordinator oversees daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care for patients across diverse acuity levels. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, admissions, discharges, and transfers while serving as a clinical resource and mentor for bedside nurses and support staff. You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, case management, and ancillary departments to develop and implement individualized care plans that align with HealthONE’s standards of excellence and our mission to deliver superior patient outcomes.

The RN Clinical Coordinator provides direct patient care as needed, performs comprehensive assessments, administers medications and treatments, and ensures timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record. You will help monitor quality and safety metrics, support compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies, and participate in performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient satisfaction. A key aspect of this position is promoting a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution, as well as fostering teamwork and mutual respect among staff.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Bachelors in Nursing or equivalent
