About the Role
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, as well as possibly extending services to home health and hospice care settings based on patient needs. As part of our team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment and care that supports recovery and well-being. The position requires a patient-focused approach, aiming to deliver tailored healthcare plans and interventions based on individual patient assessments.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient rehabilitation and possibly home health/hospice settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Assess and monitor patient condition to support recovery
Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of Minnesota
- 1+ year experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related field
- BLS/CPR certification
