ABC Healthcare fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where teamwork, compassion, and diverse perspectives are valued. You will work in a fast-paced clinical setting that requires strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. In collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals, you will help drive innovation in patient care, contribute to process improvements, and participate in performance improvement projects and evidence-based practice initiatives. This role offers the chance to build a meaningful career, positively impact patients and families every day, and grow professionally within a nationwide network of facilities that embraces cutting-edge solutions and modern care models. Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive and focused assessments, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions, coordinating with ancillary services, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. You will follow infection control practices, use clinical equipment safely, and adhere to unit staffing and scheduling requirements, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. RNs are expected to maintain professional conduct, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and contribute to an inclusive culture that supports colleagues at all levels.
