Requirements

• Completion of accredited neurology residency program.
• Completion of three-year internal medicine residency.
• Completion of two-year fellowship in rheumatology.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine and rheumatology.
• Ability to obtain NH valid and unrestricted medical license.
