About the Role
SKECHERS - - Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth; Oversee store systems, including inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations to drive profitability; Maintain store organization, manage product displays, restock shelves, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and set performance expectations to meet individual and store goals; Problem-solving to resolve issues in-store, ensuring a smooth customer experience
