About the Role
Burlington - 2669 MacArthur Commons Road - Responsibilities: Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor); Ensuring back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard; Directing associates and workload; Accountability for team productivity results and merchandise protection; Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
