Burlington - 112 Greece Ridge Center Drive - Responsibilities: Monitor the entrance and exits to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain a secure shopping environment; Greet customers and associates with a confident, friendly, energetic demeanor; Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty; Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates while adhering to safety standards; Train associates on shortage reduction programs and promote safety practices
