Burlington - 834 Walt Whitman Road - Responsibilities: Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and enhance security; Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm, energetic greeting; Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty; Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes; Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress standards during shifts
