Burlington - 6515 Garth Road - Responsibilities: Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft; Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile; Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates; Identify and report theft incidents to Manager on Duty; Provide training to associates on shortage reduction programs
