About the Role

Avolta - - Responsibilities: Executes established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during assigned shifts by conducting regular operational checks and coaching associates; Manages cash handling and operates POS systems in accordance with policies; Monitors inventory levels, assists with merchandise receiving, and reports discrepancies; Trains staff on brand standards and visual merchandising to maintain store presentation; Coaches associates on product knowledge and customer engagement to meet customer experience standards
