O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom; Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers are processed in a timely manner; Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and securing money/deposits; Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
