Staples - 2230 Marlton Pike West - Responsibilities: Own weekly sales and merchandising activities; Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store; Focus on providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and providing total solutions to every customer; Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service and conversion; Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities within the store
