About the Role
Spectrum - - Responsibilities: Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers; Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education; Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards; Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, maintain a clean retail environment, and participate in training programs; Communicate effectively with customers and team members in person, on the phone, and in writing
