About the Role
AutoZone - 214 East Dekalb Pike - Responsibilities: Customer Assistance & Communication Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.; Leadership & Teamwork Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.; Sales & Metrics Mindedness Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.; Inventory Management & Store Operations Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.; Process Orientation & Safety Compliance Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
