Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.; Sales & Metrics Mindedness Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.; Inventory Management & Store Operations Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.; Process Orientation & Safety Compliance Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
