The ODP Corporation - 4930 Caroline Street - Responsibilities: Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation and drive overall store sales in Print Services; operate and assist staff on equipment; coordinate services for customers.; Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately; adhere to procedures and deadlines; improve processes to reduce waste; ensure loss prevention compliance.; Client Engagement: Drive client satisfaction; coach and train associates; support community outreach; enhance product knowledge to deliver total solutions.; External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure safety and security during management absence; perform opening/closing; monitor KPIs; manage alarm systems; assist with cash handling and audits as needed.
