About the Role
Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities: Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs; Model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers; Assist in monitoring store compliance with safety, operational controls and MES execution; Complete detailed and accurate incident reports in LPMS for recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity; Follow-up with local authorities for after the fact external case resolution and prosecution
