About the Role
Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities: Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.; Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.; Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).; Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.; Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
