Burlington - 19401 Alderwood Mall Parkway - Responsibilities: Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty; Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports; Promote safety for both our customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines; Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration; Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
