About the Role
Ross Stores - 125 Northwest Loop 410, Ste 102 - Responsibilities: Assist Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times and responds to Customer Service calls immediately.; Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment.; Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandises items per presentation guidelines.; Represents and supports the Company brand at all times.
