About the Role
Ross Stores - 271 Burgess Road - Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with merchandise in a courteous and knowledgeable manner; Ensure a clean, organized store by performing cleaning tasks and maintaining merchandise presentation; Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and follow monthly presentation guidelines; Follow loss prevention and stock policies to protect merchandise and information; Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer service calls and assist Store Leadership as needed
