Ross Stores - 5412 Ygnacio Valley Road - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello; assists Customers with merchandise and questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning tasks and replenishing restroom supplies.; Performs merchandising tasks to ensure neat presentation and timely placement of newly received merchandise.; Applies company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, MOS, and loss prevention to protect assets.; Provides exceptional customer service and supports store leadership to achieve sales and operational goals.
