About the Role
Ross Stores - 10123 E US Highway 36 - Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience; Maintain a clean and organized store environment including cleaning tasks and replenishing supplies; Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and ensure merchandise presentation per guidelines; Follow loss prevention and MOS policies and protect confidential information; Provide prompt, courteous responses to customer inquiries and escalate to Store Leadership when needed
