About the Role
Atrium Hospitality - 880 East 2nd Street - Responsibilities: Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift; Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out; Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently; Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant; Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient
