About the Role
Topgolf - 10 Topgolf Drive - Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the kitchen crewcooks, prep chefs, and dishwashersby driving efficiency, setting the standard for recipe execution, portioning, and presentation; Partner with the front-of-house team to ensure Players receive timely, high-quality dishes; Collaborate closely with Playmakers across all areas to deliver a seamless dining experience; Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all prep, cooking, and dish areas; Create a kitchen culture aligned with Topgolfs values and excellence
