About the Role
Shake Shack - 6603 France Avenue South - Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction; Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations; Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality; Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence; Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
