About the Role
Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in every part of restaurant operations; Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet the guests needs; Learn to become proficient in controlling Profit & Loss by working with the General Manager to follow cash control/security procedures; Review financial reports and learn what appropriate actions should be taken; Operate the business in accordance with company policies and appropriate laws
