About the Role

Carrols Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Drive profitability by owning the restaurant P&L, reviewing financials for opportunities, managing costs, driving sales, and making strong business decisions; Elevate the guest experience by motivating the team to exceed expectations and addressing guest issues; Lead and grow the team through hiring, training, certification, coaching, recognition, and development for Team Members and Managers; Run strong operations by optimizing labor and maintaining brand and operational standards; Partner with District Manager to execute business strategies and analyze performance metrics
