Maserati - Incentives & Competitive Intelligence Analyst
About the Role
This tactical role supports the execution of Maseratis incentive programs and competitive intelligence efforts. The Analyst will manage daily incentive operations, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to support product and pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and audit payout files, website incentives, and policy adjustments
- Prepare bulletins, sell sheets, and field communications
- Coordinate dealer launch decks, CRM/Web/App offer alignment, and field communications
- Support monthly incentive deck creation, dealer launch decks, and inventory chase analysis
- Conduct competitive research using sources like JD Power, S&P, ALG, and internal data
- Deliver customized intelligence reports and support product pricing analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in analytics/incentives or competitive intelligence
- Strong Excel/SQL/BI skills
