About the Role

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - - Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring brand consistency and adherence to standards; Assist with the development, implementation, and management of culinary training, chef certifications, food and safety training, and other standardized technical and operational training; Support and develop culinary associates through hands-on leadership, training, and collaboration; Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must; Assist with ensuring overall quality and presentation across all culinary venues and events
