Remote Senior Data Analyst

In this critical role, you will provide technical oversight for event reporting databases and produce data reports to support internal monitoring and process improvements across the entire health system. Your efforts will not only impact operational efficiency but also enhance patient safety and clinical quality. Collaborating with various departments, you will be entrusted with ensuring data integrity and facilitating education on data processes. Your analytical insights will drive actionable recommendations, enhancing healthcare outcomes. Accountabilities Provide technical oversight for event reporting databases. Generate data reports for internal monitoring and process improvement projects. Conduct physician profiling and external quality data reporting. Develop processes for data entry, maintenance, and reporting. Ensure data integrity and reliability. Provide training and education on data management processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, health administration, or equivalent. Minimum of four years of experience in database management, data collection, and statistical analysis. Ability to statistically analyze and interpret raw data into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in statistical software and relational databases. Considerable experience in word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics software.
