You are comfortable and capable of troubleshooting and solving issues that may affect a small to medium-sized business Youd like to be surrounded by team members that you can learn from and collaborate with You are interested in working in a company that encourages and helps you increase your skill-sets and continue your education through training and certification assistance You want to work in a role that consistently provides you with the ability to go home on time REQUIRED: Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills and professionalism Strong passion for working with information technologies Ability to work from area client locations up to 50% of the time on an as needed basis PREFERRED: 1 years experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization (or the equivalent through self-study and individual projects) working on a help desk Certifications such as A+, CCNA, etc. Degrees in Information Systems or similar Experience providing IT Support for businesses #J-18808-Ljbffr

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
  • Provide onsite and remote IT support
  • Collaborate with team and communicate effectively

Qualifications

  • A+ or equivalent certification
  • Experience in MSP/helpdesk
  • Degree in IT or related field
