Responsibilities
- Provide ERISA litigation representation for plaintiffs
- Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery
- Collaborate with nationwide plaintiff firm on ERISA cases
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 3+ years ERISA plaintiff litigation experience
- Strong research and writing skills
