Establish system boundaries and integration standards. Prevent platform fragmentation and over-customization. Modernize financial systems to support growth. Drive consolidation of multiple CRM environments. Clarify integration ownership and establish API standards. Lead automation initiatives and ensure AI integration. Consolidate customer-facing identity management systems. Manage and develop high-performing teams across domains. Requirements 15+ years in technology leadership and enterprise engineering. Proven ability to architect complex multi-platform ecosystems. In-depth knowledge of integration architecture and middleware. Experience managing major COTS platforms effectively. Expertise in modernizing financial or revenue systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to consolidate ownership. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare.
