Remote C++ Developer

In this role, you will contribute significantly to training large language models to write and improve production-grade code. You will leverage your expertise in C++ to conduct code reviews, explain best practices, and enhance AI-generated code efficiency and style. Your insights will play a crucial role in developing a model that aligns with expert coding standards. This opportunity allows you to work remotely, engage with cutting-edge AI technologies, and impact the software engineering landscape. Accountabilities Help train large language models to produce high-quality code. Compare and rank code snippets, providing detailed explanations. Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency. Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline to enhance model learning. Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in C++. Strong instincts for code review, able to spot errors and security issues. Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. Ability to work asynchronously in a low-oversight environment. Benefits Fully remote work from accepted locations. Compensation of $30–$70/hr based on location and seniority. Minimum 15 hrs/week available with potential for up to 40+ hrs/week.
